5 steps to check where you have been posted for Admission online

Candidates of the 2015 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) have been asked to visit the website of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to find out where they have been redistributed to.

JAMB 2015 Post UTME redistribution

The Head of JAMB, Lagos, Dr. Beatrice Okorie said candidates can begin to check on Monday 3rd of August, Vanguard reports.

“The 2015 UTME candidates are to check JAMB’s website on Monday, August 3, for the list and the universities they have been redistributed to," Okorie said.

Here is how candidates can check the university they have been posted to:

It will be recalled that the examination body had decided to redistribute candidates who scored below the cut-off marks required by the universities they chose as their first choice in the 2015 UTME to required institutions that need them.

Okorie, said the new admissions policy was to save candidates from universities’ money-making machine.

“If we had not done that, many of these candidates would have fallen prey of the universities’ money-making machine, that is, the post-UTME without securing admission even with their high scores."

Student Pulse wishes all the candidates good luck.
