Now known as Stephanie Rose, Dapo transformed from being a dark skinned male into a light skinned female through plastic surgery.

In the photos she released after the transformation, the former OAU law student looked every inch like a woman.

According to reports, he had relocated to Europe after he was expelled from the school in 2001 due to identity crisis.

“I was studying Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, (OAU), Ife," Rose was quoted as saying, claiming he was a woman trapped in a man's body.

"I am of the 1995 set, but I had to leave school in 2001 because of pressures.

"People were too harsh on me; they did not understand me at all."

Through plastic surgery, Dapo has become Rose, the first publicly acknowledged Nigerian transgender.
