Everyone desires to have
Any day you wake up in the morning angry and hating the fact that you're going to work again, that's a red flag telling you it's time to quit that job.
So, if you notice these five signs, you've got to update your curriculum vitae and start looking for another job that will give you the needed rest of mind.
1. You hate your job
Obviously, you won't derive any satisfaction in what you do if you seriously hate your job. However, if you've got no alternative, don't just quit. Spend a little more time to strategically plan your way out so as to avoid rendering yourself jobless.
2. The work environment is toxic
No matter how hard you try, you won't be able to give your best to a toxic organization. Although there may be moments of workplace conflicts, if that gets too much and makes your life miserable, please quit. Leave the organization and stay away from negative energy.
3. The job is taking a toll on your health
If you are constantly going on sick leave or you're working so much that you deny yourself good sleep, balanced diet and healthy living, you're not doing yourself any good. Just quit and get yourself a new job.

4. There's no room for growth
The only way to have a career fulfilment is to grow in your job, right? Good. If you realize you're stagnant in your career and there seem to be no opportunities for growth, stop wasting your time and energy on the job.
5. If you're always bored
Lastly, if you find yourself working for an organization where you're not challenged and everything bores you, do yourself a favour by submitting your resignation letter on time. A chronic boredom at the work place can slow down your career growth.
