2. Find a cool place to chill
When you have low energy and every work seems to be giving you a headache just find yourself a cool place on your campus where you can chill and play around in between classes.
3. Go for a walk
Another easy way you can get stress out of your body is to go for a walk. You can take a walk to other parts of the campus to see your friends in other faculties.
