JAMB releases mock exam results

Four days after the mock exam was conducted nationwide, JAMB has released the result for the exam.

The Board's spokesperson, Dr Fabian Benjamin announced the release of the result on Thursday, March 1, 2018, in Abuja while addressing newsmen.

Benjamin said candidates are to check their results online by visiting JAMB website, www.jamb.org.ng with their registration numbers.

The JAMB spokesman said the conduct of the mock examination nationwide was hitch-free.

Earlier, some candidates who sat for the exam in Lagos praised JAMB for conducting a successful exam for them.

Meanwhile, some candidates have rejected 2018 UTME date

Some of the protesting candidates carried placards with such inscriptions as  “Admissions are yet to close, why conducting another UTME now?”;“JAMB isn’t for revenue generation, stop milking our parents,” “2017 UTME held in May, why March in 2018?”, “2018 admissions not transparent”.

Having sat for the 2017 UTME some of the candidates who had hoped they would gain admission in 2018 said they just found out this week that they are not going to be admitted, adding that they can not prepare for the next UTME in less than one month.
