The popular televangelist prophesied that the problem was in the ‘geographical atmosphere’, and called on relevant authorities to ‘look into it’
According to freelance reporter Ihechukwu Njoku, founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), T.B. Joshua released a video via the church's YouTube channel Emmanuel TV, purportedly showing a prophecy he gave regarding the disappearance of AirAsia Flight 8501 in Indonesia.
On Sunday morning December 28 2014, an Air Asia passenger jet carrying 162 people lost contact with Indonesian air traffic control.
The plane went missing after pilots asked to change course to avoid bad weather during a flight from Indonesia's Surabaya city to Singapore.
In the five-minute video, T.B. Joshua told the congregation "I have a message for the nation Indonesia, he said. "When it comes to this disaster issue, I don’t want to mention it. "
The prophet quickly called members to pray for the Asian nation.
“It looks so nasty to me to mention - a situation where it will cost a lot of lives, suddenly,” he went on. “This is a crash. Why should this continue to happen there?”
The popular televangelist prophesied that the problem was in the ‘geographical atmosphere’, and called on relevant authorities to ‘look into it’.
“We pray that God would strengthen the friends and family members of all those involved in this tragic incident,” Joshua wrote at the end of the YouTube clip.
