Here is why you should enjoy reading the Qur'an this month
Reading the Qur'an should top the list of all Muslims in Ramadan because it is the month in which the holy book was revealed to Prophet Muhammad.
Reading the holy book should be at the top of the list of all Muslims in Ramadan because this is the month in which the holy book was revealed to Prophet Muhammad.
Allah says : (It is) the month of Ramadan in which the Qur’an was revealed as a guidance for mankind, clear proofs giving guidance, and the Criterion (for distinguishing right and wrong). So whoever of you witnesses this month, let him fast it.” [2:185]
The holy month is already with us and the question we should ask ourselves is how far we have gone in Qur'an recitation.

By now, some have completed the first and have started all over again. But if you have not started, it is never too late to start.
The prophet said there are multiple and unquantifiable rewards for whoever reads the Qur'an.
”Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allah will receive a hasanah (good deed) from it (i.e. his recitation), and the hasanah is multiplied by ten. I do not say that Alif-Laam-Meem is (considered as) a letter, rather Alif is a letter, Laam is a letter, and Meem is a letter.” [At-Tirmidhi, Ad-Darimi]

As for those who are not very good at reading the holy book, there are also rewards for them.
Verily the one who recites the Qur’an beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, he will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels. And as for the one who recites with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have TWICE that reward.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Think of these rewards as deeds you are putting forwards to meet in the akhirah when the your deeds would intercede for you.
