Allah prescribed fasting as a mercy for mankind.

I want to start my discussion with one Hadith.Rasul Allah wasreported to have said that fasting is a shield.

He commanded those who had intense desire for marriage, but were not married yet, to observe fasting, making it a shield against those desires of marriage.

When the benefits of fasting are born witness, to buy sensible mind and upright intuitions.

Allah prescribed fasting as a mercy for mankind.
