Pope Francis emerged from the Vatican Embassy Wednesday morning to head to the White House, he quickly bent the selfie rules for some very lucky school children waiting outside.

Before the Pope's visit to Washington D.C, members of the congress were warned not to fist bump or take selfies with the pontiff or even try to shake his hand when he visits.
Pope Francis took time on his way to his ride his Fiat 500L to stop and engage school children who were in place to greet him as he left.
He made his way down the line of kids, talking, shaking hands, hugging and even selfie-ing with a few lucky students.

But, it seems Pope Francis is willing to bend the rules at least for the kids.
