Yinka Ayefele escapes being attacked by thugs

The thugs complained that Ayefele recieved 3 million Naira for performing in their state and could not drop anything for them.

 

Popular gospel act, Yinka Ayefele narrowly escaped being attacked by thugs while performing at the burial of 85-year-old madame Ebunoluwa Lydia Odumakinde in Ijare are of ondo.

The thugs complained that Ayefele received 3 million Naira for performing in their state and could not drop anything for them.

Reports says that though he escaped unarmed, his band members were attacked and his musical instrument vandalised.

Eyewitness account said the hoodlums reportedly sent  their leader to Ayefele band leader to ask for the “boys settlement” but was turned down.

Angered by the feedback from their leader, the hoodlums were said to have mobilised others to the venue.

Spokesman of the state police command, Femi Joseph, said there was no official report of the incident.
