A 43-yr-old Pastor, Justin Zobasi, has been been arraigned before an Abuja Magistrate court for transacting a landed property business worth N1.8m with his colleague with forged documents.

The pastor pleaded not guilty to the the 2-count charge of forgery and cheating levelled against him.

Daily Independent reports that the Police Prosecutor, Mariam Okoli told the court that one Pastor Justin Zobasi of Phase 2, Site 2, had filed a petition against the accused at the Kubwa Area Command Headquarters alleging that the accused fraudulently sold a plot of land to him with forged documents at the cost of N1.8million.
It was gathered that the Magistrate, Elizabeth Wonni granted the accused bail in the sum of N400, 000 with two reasonable sureties, one who must be a civil servant of not less than Grade Level 7, resident within the court jurisdiction.
