Ifedayo Olarinde, better known as Daddy Freeze, explains the difference between himself and other preachers.
In a new Instagram post, the On-Air Personality and religious activist reveals how he manages his unique ministry called 'Free Nation In Christ Online Church.'
Sharing a picture with the difference between a boss and a leader earlier today, October 25, 2018, Freeze explains that he leads by example.
In his words, "I'm not the head or the boss of the #FreeNation, I'm the leader, l lead by example, my hands are on the wheel, I'm constantly on the grind not just on a pedestal giving orders!"
From being a religious activist to opening a church
Earlier this year, Freeze unveiled the official logo for his online ministry.
In an exclusive interview with Pulse Religion, he revealed that his services and everything pertaining to the ministry will be done on social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook despite the term-church.
He said, "We gather online, on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, on the radio. That gathering is a church. But you see the traditional idea of a church as a building is what we are here to do away with."
As you would expect from someone who has made a name for himself with his anti-tithing protest, the convenor insists that his church WILL NOT accept 10% from anyone.
In his words, "We absolutely do not collect TITHES, FIRST FRUIT, OFFERING AND WE NEVER SOW SEEDS!"
On August 17, 2018, he shared the first official pictures of his ministry's T-shirt on Instagram. In a later post, he also unveiled the website for the #FreeNation store where proceeds will go to charity.
Later that month, Freeze took his message to the streets of London with his first outreach program. It was all done successfully by members of the OAP-turned-preacher's ministry, without the physical presence of their convenor - Freeze, who handled things from Nigeria.
Having achieved this impressive feat, the controversial personality has encouraged Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith church to learn from him.
Freeze has certainly come a long way from when he started his anti-tithing protest in 2016.
