Daddy Freeze blasts Nigerian pastors over kidnapped schoolgirl

The convener of the free the sheeple movement released a video criticising the clerics for not saying anything about 15-year-old Leah Sharibu.

This young girl was held back by Boko Haram for refusing to deny Jesus, while the rest of the abducted school girls were released on March 21, 2018.

In his Instagram video, posted on March 22, 2018, the controversial On Air Personality criticised the clerics for only talking about tithing and not this young girl.

He said,"...This message is for your G.Os. A while ago, some young ladies were kidnapped and a few days ago, all were returned but one. The one who refused to renounced Jesus and you've been mute. You kept quiet.

"If Boko Haram had released a video saying people should stop paying tithe, you would have all come out guns blazing. Is it because this has nothing to do with finance? Haven't you milked this gospel enough? Aren't you embarrassed by the tomfoolery our belief system is gradually becoming. Change, change now."

In another post, he writes, “Sad to see this poor girl and her family go through this…

“Where are all those thieving Daddy GOs on this matter? Oh sorry, my bad, it doesn’t concern tithes.

“The only Christ they are about is the one that fuels their jets, buys their Gucci sweaters and funds the tomfoolery their ridiculous doctrine has shamefully become!”

Dapchi Girls

On February 19, 2018, Boko Haram terrorists stormed and abducted 110 female students from the Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi, Yobe State.

The schoolgirls spent 32 days in captivity before 104 were released. One of the freed schoolgirls, Khadija Grema said five died during their time with the terrorists.

She said, “Five of our colleagues died of heart attack and stress as a result of the long trip. They didn’t allow us close to them neither did they subject us to any molestation of any kind of sexual harassment.”

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has promised to ensure Sharibu's freedom.

“It is disheartening that one of the girls, Leah Sharibu, remains in captivity.

“Let me assure that I am as committed to her freedom as I was to the girls’ freedom when all 110 of them were in captivity. We will do everything in our power to bring Leah back safely."

“My heart goes out to Leah’s parents who must watch other parents rejoice while their own daughter remains in captivity. It is my responsibility, under the constitution of Nigeria to protect all Nigerians and I will always strive to do that.

“Leah will not be abandoned,” Buhari said.
