CeeLo Green, soul singer and songwriter newly released track ‘God is a woman’ is causing uproars online.

The song which was released in honor of women on International Women Day consisted of lines like, ‘God, mother of the moon and stars,’ ‘making each one of her children original.’

The lyrics praised God, using all the attributes of a virtuous woman from the bible.
