Pastor Adeboye celebrates Living Faith founder on his 63rd birthday

Bishop David Oyedepo, turns 63 today, September 27, 2017.

As expected many are sending birthday wishes to the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel.

These people include his wife, Faith and fellow pastor, Enoch Adejare Adeboye.

Information Nigeria reports that the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has posted a birthday tribute to Bishop Oyedepo.

The Rolls Royce of Bishops

Some years ago, someone gave me an article on cars to read.

It listed the Mercedes Benz as the STRONGEST car.

It listed BMW as the FASTEST car.

It listed LEXUS as the most comfortable car.

I turned to the man that gave me the article to read and asked in my confusion “so where do we place Rolls Royce”?

The man smiled and said, “Sir, you can’t place Rolls Royce in this category; when we are rating cars, Rolls Royce is in a class of its own”.

There are bishops and there are bishops.

……and When you are rating bishops, Bishop Oyedepo stands in a class of his own."

Bishop Oyedepo is the Rolls Royce of bishops.

And I am proud to be his father.

It is only in Christianity that you see a bishop who is a son of a pastor.

Bishop Oyedepo shares his birthday with his daughter, Joy, who took to Facebook to honour her father on their birthday.

In her words, “It’s such an honour and a privilege to share every birthday with my daddio, my most amazing father. As I step into every new year, hearing him pray over me, as I pray the same and more for him, fills my heart with so much joy.

“So, to my father, Happy Birthday daddy! & thank you for letting Mummy surprise you with me on the same 27th! I love you so dearly -forever and always. Xo”
