Singer floats new NGO, the Amin Foundation

Dammy Krane has floated a charitable foundation in his bid to give back to his fans and the society at large.

The singer revealed this over the weekend in a chat with Pulse News.

According to Krane, the organisation is an anti-malaria campaign which renders help to children and old people.

He said: "The Amin Foundation has been running for a while now and we have been running an anti-malaria campaign; giving free mosquito nets and conducting malaria tests for children and elderly ones.

"However, I have decided to organise my first music concert tagged, Amin concert to officially launch my 'Amin Foundation'.I believe the Amin Concert is the best way to launch the Amin Foundation and pass the raise awareness of what we do, while providing quality entertainment to my fans," he said.

Speaking further on the life span of the foundation, Dammy Krane noted that the foundation is structured in a way that it will outlive him.

He hinted that the desire to hold the Amin Concert annually is for the NGO to continue with the good work it has set out to do as well as fund future projects.
