Here are some of the things they do just before 8 a.m.:

1. Drink lemon water

Drinking a glass of lemon water early in the morning is highly recommended as it boosts one’s energy levels both physically and mentally. It also enhances one natural energy buzz that lasts the length of the day.

It also advised that you drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to ensure all full absorption. Thereafter, wait for another 15 minutes before having breakfast.

2. Exercise

A study shows that people who exercised twice a week for 10 weeks felt more competent socially, academically and athletically. It also shows that people who exercised daily had more energy and a more positive outlook, which are both critical for getting things done.

Whether it’s by going to the gym or taking a jog around the estate, just get your body moving!

3. Eat a healthy breakfast

People who eat breakfast are less likely to be obese, they have more stable blood-sugar levels, and they tend to be less hungry over the course of the day. A healthy breakfast gives you energy, improves your short-term memory, and helps you to concentrate more intensely and for longer periods.

4. Reading uplifting content

It is no surprise that the world’s most successful people tend to read at least one book per week as they seek to learn more.

Taking even 15–30 minutes every morning to read uplifting and instructive information changes you. You’ll think and see the world differently and be able to make more connections between different topics.

5. Set goals for the day

Plan out your day as carefully as possible and set out realistic goals for the day. It is important to take just a few minutes to read your life vision as it puts your day into perspective.

If you follow a simple pattern, you can accomplish all of your goals, no matter how big they are.
