On Tuesday, Centineo took to Instagram to share photos from his new Calvin Klein campaign . In the three photos, Centineo is reclining in a beach chair shirtless, sitting in a beach chair fully-clothed, and posing in boxer-briefs while gazing off to the side.
Fans of the actor noticed that Collins left a flirty comment on the post. "I never look that good when I lounge," Collins commented on the photo, as per E!'s report . "Oh please," Centineo replied, adding a fire emoji.
Following the comments, fans began to speculate that the two could be dating, but neither Collins nor Centineo have commented on the dating rumors at this time.
In January, the two worked on a music video together
The exchange isn't as out-of-the-blue as it may seem: Centineo and Collins worked together last month when he directed her in DJ ARTY's "Save Me Tonight" music video. In the video, Centineo helps Collins pick up her books and the two become fast friends.
"Thank you guys for having me be part of such an insanely fun day," Collins tweeted at the time .
"I convinced @artymusic to let me direct the music video for 'Save Me Tonight' and somehow @lilycollins agreed to star in it with a bunch of our friends," Centineo wrote on his Twitter in January.
This isn't the first time people have speculated about who Centineo has been dating

According to Elite Daily, in 2017, the actor was reported to be dating singer Camila Cabello after he played her love interest in her music video for "Havana." Neither Cabello nor Centineo have commented on the reports.
