Fitness apps are everywhere, but not all of them are quite as effective as you need them to be. And not all of them work well for someone who spends so much time at work.

This name stands for Heart And Soul Fitness. It is run by personal trainers, Coach Kozak and Claudia. The app gives you access to over 100 million free workouts! You get to choose a plan from the various 30-day to 90-day options like The Foundation Plan (beginner), Motive Plan ( (Intermediate-Advanced), Muscle Building Building and 30-day plan ab challenge.

You can choose to exercise with dumbbells, kettlebells or no equipment for as little time as 5 minutes to longer periods like 25–45 minutes. Be ready to sweat regardless of the specified time as this app is quite intense and efficient. This is why it is so great for busy professionals, you get to burn a lot of calories in very little time.

The different types of workouts include fat burning, HIIT, Tabata, cardio, strength training, low impact, kick boxing and MMA, flexibility and yoga. Most workouts come with a warm-up routine and a cool down which reduces your chances of getting injured.

It has gotten a 99% approval rating on over 100 million completed workouts which explains why it has been named "Top 10 Fitness Channel" by YouTube for 4 years straight.

Nike Training Club

With this app, you get different exercise routines based on fitness levels and goals. These include quick 15-minute exercise sets, 30-minute long ones and longer, 45-minute routines. It also offers recipes, fitness tips and lets you enjoy your music as you work out.

The app comes with a daily reminder which lets you know the routine for the next day. You also have drills, audio and visual guides from a professional Nike trainer.

One thing that this app has over others is its collaboration with famous athletes like Serena Williams, and stars like Micheal B Jordan,Jessie J and Kevin Hart. The app gives the user the opportunity to do routines made by these popular people including footballers. This is a great attraction.

Apart from home workouts, the app also offers gym routines, which gives the user options.

This app tracks your fitness and lets you share your progress online. One advantage is that you can download the extremely clear HD 180+ workout videos and use the app later without the internet. This can also be done with the Nike Training Club.

Unlike the aforementioned apps, this one has a free version and a Runtastic Premium Membership version which gives the user access to a 12–week bodyweight training plan that can be personalised based on the user's fitness level. The free version simply offers warm-up, 18 individual exercises, the Alpha, Bravo, and Oscar workouts.

However, this app is king when it comes to connectivity. It offers the user the opportunity to connect to other Runtastic apps like Runtastic Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep Better, Push-ups, Squats, Six Pack or Runtastic Life Trainer for a well-rounded health.
