Waymo hires Becky Bucich from Google Cloud as new Chief Human Resources Officer

Waymo , the autonomous car development company owned by Alphabet , has hired Becky Bucich as Chief Human Resources Officer. Bucich joins the company from Google Cloud where she was most recently VP of People Operations. She replaces Tawni Nazario-Cranz who left the company earlier this year.

SurveyMonkey CMO joins Upwork's board of directors

Upwork , the world's largest freelancing website, has announced that Leela Srinivasan has joined its board of directors. Srinivasan is currently the CMO of SurveyMonkey and has significant experience in the talent market from her previous roles as CMO at Lever and Director of Marketing at LinkedIn .

SoFi hires Aaron J. Webster as Chief Risk Officer

SoFi announced that Aaron J. Webster will join the company as Chief Risk Officer starting July 22. He will be responsible for SoFi's risk, fraud, and credit management frameworks, and will lead its credit risk and underwriting activities. Webster joins SoFi from Citigroup, where he was Chief Risk Officer for its U.S. Retail Bank and Mortgage business and led Global Regulatory Analytics.

Rakuten Americas aligns leadership team under new Chief Executive Officer

Rakuten Americas, the North American division of the Japanese Internet company, announced that Amit Patel has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Patel has been a leader at Rakuten Rewards (formerly Ebates) since 2010 and its chief executive officer since 2017. He will keep his current position while fostering greater collaboration among the different Rakuten Americas business units.

Accenture appoints new Head of North America following CEO announcement

Accenture has named Jimmy Etheredge as new Group Chief Executive of North America replacing Julie Sweet who will become Accenture's new CEO. Etheredge is currently senior managing director for the US Southeast region which includes the key markets of Atlanta, Charlotte and Washington, D.C.
