Golden Haven Inc is best performing stock in the world and it is a graveyard developer

The stock price of a Philippine graveyard developer, Golden Haven Inc, has increased by 1,400 percent since January 2018, and thus making it the best performing stock in the world.

According to Bloomberg, the stock gain from the speculation that the company would become part of the telecom business of its billionaire founder, Manuel Villars.

Golden Haven, Inc. (HVN) was incorporated on November 16, 1982, and is mainly engaged in the development and sale of memorial or graveyard lots across the Philippines.

This rush for the company stock has also led to increase in the company’s valuation to more than 22 times its worth six months ago (213 billion pesos ($4.09 billion)).

At present, HVN has eight memorial parks and it is expanding business activities to the mass housing segment of the real estate industry.
