Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has some wild predictions about the future.

Killer robots, electric jets, and living on Mars.

These are just a few of the things that Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk says the future holds.

Here's a look at some of his boldest predictions about what's to come.

All forms of transport will eventually become electric.

Excluding rockets, Musk said he is convinced that all vehicles will eventually be electric.

“Aircraft and ships and all other forms of transport will go fully electric. Not half electric, but fully electric. No question,” Musk said during an interview with Marketplace in 2015.

"There's no question in my mind what so ever that all transport, with the ironic exception of rockets, will go fully electric," Musk said. "Everything. Planes, trains, automobiles, all ships. But it's a question of what that timeframe is."

In a decade, half of new vehicles in the US will be electric.

Musk also said this in July.

Autonomy will be standard in vehicles in 20 years.

In 20 years, owning a car without self-driving capabilities will be a lot like owning a horse, Musk said during Tesla's third-quarter earnings call in 2015.

“I think that all cars will go fully autonomous in long-term. I think it will be quite unusual to see cars that don’t have full autonomy,” Musk said.

“Any cars that are being made that don’t have full autonomy will have negative value. It will be like owning a horse. You will only be owning it for sentimental reasons,” he added.

Musk said in July that cars will also not have steering wheels in 20 years.

As self-driving cars become the new normal, millions of jobs will be threatened.

Self-driving cars will disrupt the job market in a big way, Musk said in February at the World Government Summit in Dubai .

We will go to Mars by 2025.

In early October, Musk spoke at the International Astronautical Congress and shared details about his plan to use his company SpaceX to get people to Mars by 2025.

Musk said he aims to send a spaceship carrying people to Mars in 2024. However, the explorers likely wouldn't land on the red planet until 2025.

AI is more dangerous than nuclear weapons.

AI will also be to blame for starting WWIII.

In early September, Musk said via Twitter that "competition for AI superiority at a national level" will most likely be the cause of World War III.

Musk tweeted the comment after Vladimir Putin said on Friday that whichever country becomes the best in AI will become "the ruler of the world."

Killer robots could also become a problem.

"There are robots that can learn to walk from nothing within hours, like way faster than any biological being," Musk said in July at the

"The thing that is most dangerous is...a kind of deep intelligence in the network. And you say what harm could a deep intelligence in the network do? Well, it could start a war by doing fake news and spoofing email accounts and fake press releases and just by manipulating information. The pen is mightier than the sword."

Tunnels will play a big role in the future of transportation.

With the Boring Company, Musk aims to build a network of underground tunnels in Los Angeles that would move cars on electric skates. The electric sled would allow for cars to be transported at 125 mph through the tunnel, Musk has said.

Humans will need to become part robot to survive.

Humans must become part robot to survive, Musk said in February at the World Government Summit in Dubai.

"Over time I think we will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital intelligence. It's mostly about the bandwidth, the speed of the connection between your brain and the digital version of yourself, particularly output," Musk said.

"Some high bandwidth interface to the brain will be something that helps achieve a symbiosis between human and machine intelligence and maybe solves the control problem and the usefulness problem," Musk said.
