Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh will be buried today, September 12, 2014 in Lagos

Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh died on August 19, 2014 after contracting Ebola from Liberian-American, Patrick Sawyer who she treated at the First Consultant Medical Center in Obalende, Lagos.

She diagnosed Sawyer with the disease and kept him confined despite the risks attached.

She lost her life in the process and is now being viewed as a national heroine.
