Tegnegnework Gettu United Nations Under-Secretary-General and associate administrator of the UNDP made this statement when he paid a courtesy call to the Minister of Interior Prosper Bani.

Mr Gary Nimako Marfo, who represented the Ghana Medical Association (GMA), noted that the Plaintiff had wasted the court's time hence punitive cost should be awarded against him for acting as “a busy body”.
