Milan Fashion Week is in full swing as a whole host of designers including Fendi, MaxMara and Moschino have dropped their offerings for the coming season. Next up is Italian
Print and colour are back in Vogue this season so its know surprise that Donatellathrew it all the way back to the 80's for Versace's FW18 collection.
The collection included a play on the classics, a sleek trench coat, a schoolgirl shirt collar, super-platformed brogues. Then there was a sophisticate take on traditional punk tartans with asymmetrical kilts topped off with the odd beret (this seasons must-have accessory).

Silhouette-wise, we saw draped tulip-shaped miniskirts and bubbles, waists cinched in with broad leather Versace-logo buckle belts, and wide, wide shoulders. Where there were corsets, there were T-shirts underneath for a quick and chic lesson in layering and power dressing for the modern girl.
