Actors urge fans to invest in landed properties

Nollywood actors, Jide Kosoko and Yemi Solade have urged their fans to invest in acquisition of landed properties at affordable costs.

The actors made this known at a recent investment dinner, which held in Lagos to celebrate property investors by a real estate company, Merit Abode Investment.

Speaking on the need to acquire landed properties, Solade advised potential subscribers not to wait till they have all the money in the world to start as they can actually start their journey to becoming home owners from as little as N25,000.

"It's only wise you key into opportunities like this and own a property of yours in Lagos or Nigeria as a whole. With the current situation of the Nigerian economy, one can only start small and work hard to get it right," Solade said.

Kosoko on his part said the decision to jump on the bandwagon of the real estate company is because unlike the believe that one needs huge sum to invest in real estate, a token of N25,000 can do the magic.

"One of the reasons I am always happy to tell people about real estate company like this is because of the genuine act of the owners. The aim is to ensure everyone is able to have a landed property and eventually build on it. Gone are the days of millions to buy a property, with a token of N25,000, you can get a land and move on with life," he said.
