According to Sahara Reporters, President Goodluck Jonathan has removed his wife from the 73-man team due to visit the United States of America for a summit on Monday.

Dame Patience Jonathan will no longer go with her husband and other delegates to attend the 3-day U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. Reports also have it that Jonathan made a request for a one-on-one meeting with President Barack Obama but was turned down.

The United States Secretary of State, John F. Kerry recently criticized the Goodluck Jonathan administration stating that it had failed woefully in the war against terror.

Other delegates on the list include Governors Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom, Gabriel Suswam of Benue, Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa, and Isah Yuguda of Bauchi.
