3 protein-packed snacks you can make in minutes

Stuck in a snack rut? Look no further.

You could down a whole savory bag of these crunchy bad boys for less than 300 calories—but try to keep it to one serving at a time. You’ll also get a shot of protein, fiber, and calcium, which (again) all help with weight loss, plus vitamins A and C. And since a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack of 200 calories or less helps get you to your next meal, pair these chips with a healthy protein or fat, like a piece of hard cheese or beef jerky for staying power.

But while it's tempting to load up on starchy, carby treats (hello, vending-machine pretzels) for a quick fix, they're not super filling—leaving you at risk for some serious hanger later on in the day.

That's why we teamed up with Hormel to share three delicious, protein-filled healthy snacks that will keep you full until dinner.

And because they're served on a stick, they can double as fun appetizers at your next party, or make a cute addition to your kid's lunch box. Besides: Everything tastes better on a stick, right?
