The way you start your day dictates the way the rest of your day goes. Fortunately, we’ve come up with three great ways to get you off your bed and on with your day.

A lot of times we struggle to get out of bed in the morning to start our day. We have so much to do like workout, prayers, prep for work and so much more but because we haven’t to bed early and we need a lot of sleep, we struggle in the morning.

Well, here are 3 great tips to help you get off your bed in the morning and get on with your day:

  • Keep your phone away: One thing you can do is once you have set your alarm before you head to bed, place your phone at a distance where you can’t easily reach it and that way you’ll be forced to actually get up from your bed to pick it up.

  • Ruggie: You can purchase this sweet new device. It is a rug alarm clock. It’s an alarm clock that beeps until you step on it and it has to feel your body pressure on it for at least 3 second before it stops. This way you are also forced to get up from your bed.

  • Humans: If you know that you can sleep through anything, then most likely you want to have a human around you to actually wake up or sprinkle some water on your face or whatever it is that will get you off that bed.
