A year in review: Look through your work in 2015. The good, the bad and the ugly. Do an honest and thorough assessment, even if you have to involve an outside party and make notes on how you can improve.
Set goals: After you have looked through the past year, then set goals for the year and how you hope to implement those notes that you wrote down during your review. Setting goals help with focus.
Declutter: Sometimes seeing clearly should be taken literally. Sometimes, you may actually need to clear out your work space or station just to see things better and have a clearer view. You’ll be surprised how much the physical affects the mental.
