Everyone hates going to the gym. If anyone tells you differently, they are a psychopath. There are plenty of reasons to hate the gym, its expensive, the awful music, the soreness you feel after working out and of course the shirtless weightlifters who are there to intimidate and torment you.

There are two types of people who hate going to the gym, the first type of person thinks it is just too damn expensive and time wasting. The second type of person is embarrassed or intimidated by the gym because of the generally more “fit” people that usually populate it. For these people, the gym is an awful place where they hate to spend their time and can hardly bear the  thought of spending 20 minutes there, much less an hour or two.

These people might not even be that out of shape or inadequate when it comes to their physique. They might even want to want to go to the gym, but for some reason, it just doesn’t happen that way for them.

There are definitely reasons for this type of what I’ll call “gym aversion”. If you have such an aversion, then maybe putting on any of these shirts would help you get over your distaste for gym attendance and help you get yourself out the door and into your local health club for a refreshing workout.

Sorry, I must have misunderstood you. You dont have food here?

Trolling Patience Jonathan is more fun than hearing about your gym life.

You know you hate the gym too. Don’t give me that “It makes me happy” crap
