Seun Fadina is the founder and CEO of Burnout Fitness Service. For Seun, fitness is not just about looking great, it is a full lifestyle that he hopes he can pass across to the next generation of Nigerians.

Seun sat down with Pulse TV to talk about his career, his fiancee, actress, Tomi Odunsi, love for fitness, how it all began and his new dance project that’s getting Nigerian on her feet:

In regards to how he started working out, he says, “it has always been fascinating.” He has also always participated in running and being fit through his school years. Later on, he decided it was something he was good at, so he took a few professional courses and started BFS.

Seun also highlights that, “fitness is a way of life...something that everybody should partake it. He added that we use our bodies and that fitness is a way you can put mind, body and soul in check...one of the best ways to be healthy.

In relating with his clients, he mentions that he likes to find out what their fitness goal is, which makes one on one relationship vital so he can structure something personal. That way, his clients are convinced that “This guy cares” and gives them the idea that they can exceed their goals and they can share information they acquire.

For Seun, fitness is a personal thing. According to him, “there’s a natural high you get from it...it’s not easy.” He went further to explain that happy hormones are released and you feel good, which improves the quality of lifestyle. He says, “when I get much older, I want to be independent.”

He highlighted burpees and mountain climbing as his favorite workouts, as they are total body workouts. For his new dance project, he hopes to get people to achieve their fitness goal through dancing.
