Studies reveal coconut water control hypetension. If you have high blood pressure,  drink a cup of fresh coconut water twice daily. It contains potassium ; that helps to lower blood pressure by balancing out the negative effects of sodium, vitamin C and magnesium.

Coconut water is a perfect remedy for hangover.  Coconut water boosts hydration and replenishes the body with all electrolytes that alcohol  has robbed the body of causing the hangover. Coconut water provides great relief for the morning after.

It contains low calories and its quite easy on the stomach . It contains enzymes that boost fat metabolism and aid digestion. It also helps flush out toxins from the body. Drink a glass coconut water 3 or 4 times a week to facilitate weight loss.
