Check out these common habits that could be reasons you are always tired:

1. Skipping Breakfast

The food you eat especially in the mornings, fuels your body because it serves as the 'energizer' that fires up the body for the day

When you sleep, your body continues using what you consumed the night before (dinner) to keep oxygen flowing/ blood pumping , so, when you wake up in the morning, you need to refuel with breakfast, skipping breakfast will only result in your feeling sluggish and struggling through the better part of the day.

2. Lack Of Sleep

Anything less than seven to eight hours of sleep is inadequate but unfortunately every day struggle makes it almost impossible. As much as possible, get your beauty sleep as often as you can and if this isn't feasible, take power naps during the day, they help keep you alive as well as work wonders on the skin.

3. Iron Deficiency

Make sure to include  enough iron in your diet as an iron deficiency can leave you feeling sluggish, irritable, weak, and unable to focus.

If you lack iron, less oxygen will travel to the cells and muscles which results in tiredness.
