Water therapy is a process which involves ingesting significant amounts of water at intervals - it's benefits to the body are countless.

From curing joint pains to refreshing the skin, the therapeutic uses of water are too numerous to ignore. As a matter of fact, Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj who is widely acknowledged as the person who discovered the healing powers of water, used it to successfully treat 3,000 fellow prisoners who were suffering from stress-induced peptic ulcers while he was a political prisoner in Iran.

Water therapy basically involves ingesting a significant amount of water first thing in the morning - ideally 1.5 litres which is about 5 - 6 glasses of water. It cleanses the body and purifies the organs to say the least.
