INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups milk of your choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1 tablespoon matcha powder
1/2 banana
5 ice cubes
1/4 avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients, and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy immediately.
