In Nigeria today, things are pretty turbulent with the economy and the average middle class individual has a lot to deal with. In order to avoid stress tacked on at work, here are a few tools to help relieve you.

There are a lot of things that could cause us stress in the workplace, from horrible bosses to uncomfortable work stations. What begins as a minor upset, over time, can turn into a repetitive strain injury (RSI) that needs physical therapy or even surgery.
