For a lot of people, working out in the morning can be difficult especially if there are children involved or you have a job.

However, though you may not want to hear it, mornings are actually the ideal time to exercise and get your heart pumping.

An advantage of working out in the morning is that you get it out of the day once and for all.

Use the following tips to become an early exercise bird.

  1. Sleep properly- In order to actually wake up refreshed and work out in the morning, you have to get a good night rest.                                               
  2. Prepare- To prevent any excuses, make sure you put out your work out gear the night before. See your work out gear laid out should provide all the motivation you need.
  3. Have a playlist- Dragging yourself out of bed is pretty hard, but having an amazing playlist of energising music is good.
