" Think About The Food You're Eating

I've always had a sweet tooth but growing up I ate very simply - good clean food, no GMO, no pesticides, pescetarian. I wasn't exposed to much processed food. When I came to the US I was like a kid in a candy store. So now I try to eat organic, take care choosing fruit and veg, choose line-caught fish. Being aware that what you put in your body matters is so important. It's a consciousness I didn't have 20 years ago. I want to be well not for the number on the scales but to function well and have energy and a healthy circulatory system and everything else your body should do. As I've got older I've realised how important that is. It's a matter of 'how do I feel? rather than 'how defined are my muscles?"

"Beauty Comes From Inside

I used to think looking good was all about using the right creams, but you have to begin with what you're putting into your body. For me it's a good dose of genetics, a dose of Australian culture and an awareness of what I'm consuming. Wellness was previously associated with yoga, brown rice and Birkenstocks, but I'm so glad it's become something more luxurious. It is a luxury, and a luxury I'm willing to invest in. Beauty is a by-product of wellness, so we're almost marketing the Nourishing Protein and Super Elixir as beauty products. It is difficult to stay healthy all of the time, but if there's a way we can make a step toward a more alkaline body then great. I don't believe in extremes, I want simplicity and effectiveness.
