Be sure to spend the night before the wedding at a hotel near your venue- The day before the D-day can be very overwhelming especially with family and friends around, so make arrangements to sleep in a hotel, either by yourself or with your chief bridesmaid, as this gives you a chance to have some much-needed alone time on the morning before the ceremony.

  2. Take time to read a book and unwind amidst the wedding madness.

  3. Do relaxing exercises like walking, jogging, dancing, or yoga, anything that helps you relax and refresh yourself.

  4. Make a playlist- Have a energising and positive playlist prevents you from being in a bad mood or going crazy.

  5. Go back in time- While planning your wedding, it is very easy to forget the most thing about the wedding, your fiancé, due to the stress and frustration.
