The Victoria's Secret model looked heavenly in a stunning Reem Acra ivory gown with lace bodice, long sleeves and floor-sweeping skirt for the tropical beach-side ceremony in Punta Cana.
Donnie, the groom, looked handsome in a soft lilac Tom Ford suit.
The excited bride took to instagram to share pictures from her special day with the captions, 'walking out as MR & MRS McGrath #admwedding happiness!!' and "Mr and Mrs McGrath#admwedding"

At the reception, the newlyweds danced to Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" while friends and family including fellow models Toni Garrn, Jourdan Dunn, Lais Ribeiro, Eniko Mihalik, Anais Mali, NBA stars Joakim Noah, Chandler Parsons, former NBA stars Marko Jaric and Ryan Gomes.
