There's one ingredient helping this policy succeed

It's not necessarily a virtue, but it's working anyway.

Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike blows a whistle

But first, I'll tell you a cool story about one of the world's favourite presidents in the past decade. Barack Obama.

So we know people everywhere like to smoke their weed. Very much. That also included people of America. The weed industry was massive and also illegal. that means the government was getting no share of that revenue. So Obama thought, "hey, why do we arrest people for selling weed, when we can get a share of that money?"

And so began the legalisation of weed in the Obama administration. According to Forbes, America made $6.7 billion in revenue from Marijuana. That money is more than Nigeria's education budget in 2016.

Let's come back home to Nigeria. The Nigerian industry we're looking at is not weed. The only burning bush Nigerians can endorse, as per morality prefects, is the one Moses saw on the Holy Mountain.

We're going to talk about the Nigerian greed industry, because you know, Nigerians don't play with their hunger for more.

It's why when MMM started, you tell someone, hey MMM is basically you taking another person's money. It's greed. Nigerians will be like,

But when MMM crashed, all of them were like,

We made a hilarious post about the crash that made MMM people very sad back then. But you see, there's a new one in town now.

Back to greed.

Imagine Buhari says, "Fellow Nigerians, blow whistle and we'll give you national honour and you'll be remembered for generatuions". Nigerians will be like,

But when you say "oya, blow whistle and collect 5%", all Nigerians will be like,

And the secondary strategy is what seems to be working. I mean, we're seeing dollars being found much more than we have seen the President this entire year.

But we're just imagining what the plan actually is for the whistleblowers. One day you're just a normal person, the next day you're in the Bahamas with $1 million  like,

Or they are going to keep them waiting for the money like,

What if the people whose money they casted will come for them like,

And next thing you know, Whistleblower's life is blown away.

Anyway since the EFCC is saying the they've recovered 17bn in 4 months, it means this hook-them-with-greed formular is working.

But I have one final theory on this,

You know in a football match, the only person who can blow whistle is the referee,

And for a referee to blow the whistle, he has to be on the pitch, whistle blowing for all the players.

Does that mean that maybe...

Does mean that Whistleblowers are just casting all the other people they were playing with?

Just in case, don't say you heard it from me sha.
