Traffic jams expected as Buhari tours Lagos today, March 19

In light of this, traffic jams are expected in some areas of the state, according to an advisory issued by the Commisioner for Transportation, Kayode Opeifa.

The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is currently in Lagos and is expected to embark on a mini-tour of the state.

The advisory reads:

“Please be informed Traffic jam is expected on some corridors in Lagos as the APC presidential candidate, the People's General visits Harbour Point, Victoria Island.”

“Then, through a motorcade he comes down Ikorodu road by 1pm for an event starting by 2pm at the Blueroof event Centre, LTV. This event is expected to last till 4pm when he is expected to take the final campaign to those within the Agege axis taking through Agidingbi down to Agege route.”

“Make informed decisions as you journey within this axis later today and don't forget to tune in to Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1fm for on the spot information.

Buhari also held a meeting with some women groups in the state.
