Myerson, openly took a swipe at Google for its inability to update its Android software regularly, in an event organised by Microsoft to announce the commencement of daily updates for devices running on Windows 10.
He added that the daily updates will not come at once, stating that they will adopt the distribution ring approach to provide daily updates.
This approach will see certain users getting the latest updates first, while others will wait for a more stable updates without bugs.
The top Microsoft exec said: “Google ships a big pile of….. code, with no commitment to update your device”
Adding that ‘Google takes no responsibility to update customer devices and refuses to take responsibility to update their devices.’
