2face talks impact of social media

2face spoke on the challenges he faced as an up and coming musician and revealed the secrets of his success

Nigerian singer 2face Idibia was present at the day 5 of the Social Week Lagos as panelists at the 'Inspiring Possibilities #WhatIF' session.

The session which was sponsor by First Bank presented challenging conventional problems and exploiting opportunities through innovation.

2face spoke on the challenges he faced as an up and coming musician and revealed the secrets of his success.

"One of the things that kept me going during the hard times was my vision. I had the vision of what I will achieve as a musician and I worked towards it. That vision helped me alot," 2face said.

"I put aside my fears, all the limitations and I set my heart to what I wanted to achieve" the singer added.

Talking about the impact of social media, 2face revealed that the new platform has improved the relationship between him and his fans.

"We shouldn't just gossip on Social media; it can be used to share ideas and make the world a better place. For me Social media has helped with my interactions with my fans," the singer said.
