Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson will pair up again for Europe in Friday's Ryder Cup foursomes at Glenagles.
The pair wrapped up a comfortable 5 and 4 win over Bubba Watson and Webb Simpson in the fourballs at the Scottish course.
And captain Paul McGinley has opted to keep the pair together for the foursomes, with the pair taking on Hunter Mahan and Zach Johnson - both of whom are yet to feature in this year's competition.
Rookie Jamie Donaldson will partner with Lee Westwood to take on experienced United States pair Jim Furyk and Matt Kuchar.
Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia faced Phil Mickelson and Keegan Bradley in Friday's early action and all four are in action again.
The former two will face Jimmy Walker and Rickie Fowler while the latter pair take on Victor Dubuisson and Graeme McDowell.
While both captains were able to get all 12 players out on the first day, there was no place for rookie pair Jordan Spieth and Patrick Reed in the second session.
They were impressive winners against Ian Poulter and Stephen Gallacher in the fourballs, but rested for the foursomes.
