Forward Tristan Thompson has re-signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers, agreeing to a new deal reportedly worth $82million.
The Cavs finally reached an agreement with the restricted free agent, ending the long-running saga on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old confirmed his re-signing, reported to be for five years, via Instagram.
"It's been a long summer of grinding and hard work," Thompson wrote.
"But now it's back to The Land to take care of some unfinished business. #HappyToBeBack#ALLin."
The Cavs open their NBA campaign against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday.
