Family and friends from the world of Formula One have bid farewell to Jules Bianchi at his funeral in Nice.
The funeral of former Formula One driver Jules Bianchi has taken place in Nice.
Bianchi died aged 25 last Friday, just over nine months after an accident at the Japanese Grand Prix in which he suffered a diffuse axonal injury following a collision with a recovery vehicle.
Tributes have since poured in for the Frenchman, and a number of F1 drivers joined Bianchi's family and friends at the Sainte-Reparate cathedral in Nice to say their final goodbyes.
World champion Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, Williams' Felipe Massa and Lotus' Romain Grosjean were among those to attend the service.
