Chronic womaniser Tiger Woods is now dating Amanda Boyd who is the ex-wife of his friend and fellow professional golfer Jason Dufner.

27-year-old Boyd and Jason Dufner were married for three years before divorcing in April this year.

According to The National Enquirer, Woods started dating Boyd while he was still with ex-girlfriend Lindsey Vonn.

Vonn split with Woods in February after she reportedly discovered that the former world number one golfer was cheating on her.

The Enquirer reports that Woods and Boyd have been secretly dating for several months - and a source told the magazine the relationship is now 'serious'.

Woods is believed to have flown Boyd from her home in Alabama to Seattle as he prepared for last month's U.S. Open.

Woods and Boyd's ex-husband Dufner were one time mates in the US Ryder Cup team.

A source told the Enquirer that Boyd is considered a 'flirt' among Dufner's colleagues on the PGA tour and, even though her ex-husband didn't seen Woods as a close pal, he considered him a 'trusted colleague'.

Woods's agent Mark Steinberg has however denied the story, branding it 'complete lie' in an e-mail to FOX411.

Serial cheater Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren divorced in 2010 after news of his sex addiction became public.

While married to Nordegren, Woods admitted to have had sex with over 100 women; "I thought I could get away with whatever I wanted to," he said during a televised press conferenece.

"I felt that I had worked hard my entire life and deserved to enjoy all the temptations around me. I felt I was entitled. Thanks to money and fame, I didn't have to go far to find them. I was wrong. I was foolish."
