Wenger splashed £11m on the 33-year-old from Chelsea and Arsenal are now enjoying the benefit of this signing on all fronts.
Cech in recent games has won Arsenal crucial points on the pitch.
His saves against Bayern Munich last week and in the clash against Everton have shown the goalkeeper’s worth.
Off the pitch, Cech is also proven to be invaluable to Arsenal as he showed in training on Monday, October 26 ahead of the Capital One cash with Sheffield Wednesday.
Cech was pictured coaching and 21-year-old goalkeeper Matt Macey who joined the senior players at London Colney.
With David Ospina out injured, Macey joined Cech in training ahead of the Capital On trip to Sheffield Wednesday.
